10 of my most useful free guides, the Claude Weekend Bootcamp, and the 5 AI Agents I have running across my own businesses. Plus a clear map of which one is right for you, when you should use it, and how to actually leverage it.
If you've ever felt behind on AI, you're not — most of the people around you are bluffing. The fix is to actually learn this stuff instead of competing with everyone else's performance of it. So here it is: everything I've made, organized as a roadmap instead of a list.
Three tiers, all on this page. Free — 10 of my most popular guides, picked to cover the highest-leverage things to learn first. Weekend Bootcamp — one Saturday and you have Claude set up around your specific job. AI Agent Bundle — five pre-built agents I have running across my own businesses, ready to install into yours.
Pick your starting point below, work the path that fits where you actually are, and skip everything else. You don't need to do all of it. You need to do one of them, fully.
If you're brand new to AI — start with The AI Terms Dictionary (#1 below). Then read The 3 Ways AI Lies To You (#2). Two short reads. After those, you'll understand more than 80% of working professionals about how this technology actually works.
If you already use Claude or ChatGPT but feel like you're missing the deep wins — skip to The LLM Council Prompt (#4) and How To Never Hit Your Claude Limit Again (#3). The two highest-leverage changes I made to my own workflow this year.
If you want one specific AI project to build this weekend — go straight to the 5 Email Dashboards guide (#5). The first dashboard you build is the moment AI flips from "cool" to "wait, it can do THIS?"
If you want Claude fully set up for your specific job — skip the free guides for now and go straight to the Weekend Bootcamp (further down this page). 25 chapters, one per major job role, finished in a single Saturday.
If you want AI agents running for you 24/7 without doing the setup yourself — the AI Agent Bundle (also below) is the install-and-go version. Five complete agents I have running across my own businesses.
1. The AI Terms Dictionary — Best for: anyone brand new to AI. Plain-English definitions for connectors, skills, plugins, MCPs, agents, cowork, artifacts, memory, and every other word you keep hearing without quite knowing. 8-minute read, never feel lost in a Claude settings menu again. Read the guide →
2. The 3 Ways AI Lies To You — Best for: anyone who uses any AI tool. Hallucination, sycophancy, and bias — three different ways AI gets things wrong in ways that look completely right. Three one-line prompts you can paste into any chat today to fix all of them. Read the guide →
3. How To Never Hit Your Claude Weekly Limit Again — Best for: heavy Claude users. Five specific changes that keep you off the weekly cap. Most people hit it because of one habit (long threads) and one model choice (Opus for everything). Fix both plus three more and the limit basically stops mattering. Read the guide →
4. The LLM Council Prompt — Best for: anyone using AI for hard decisions. Stanford proved Claude affirms users 49% more than humans do. Andrej Karpathy built a fix called the LLM Council — five distinct advisers debate your decision inside one Claude chat, peer-review each other anonymously, and a chairman calls the shot. The single best prompt I use. Read the guide →
5. 5 Interactive Dashboards Hiding In Your Email Inbox — Best for: anyone who wants to build something visual and impressive this weekend. Connect Claude to Gmail and run any of five prompts to get back a fully interactive dashboard as a Claude Artifact — a travel map, a subscription kill list, a food year-in-review, a missed-refunds tracker, and a price-increase leaderboard. Read the guide →
6. Anthropic Just Dropped A Free AI Lawyer — Best for: anyone who signs contracts, has been ripped off, or chases unpaid invoices. Three features of Claude for Legal you can use today even if you're not a lawyer — clause-by-clause contract review with green/yellow/red risk flags, cease and desist letters drafted in under a minute, and demand letters for unpaid invoices. Read the guide →
7. From 65% To 94% Claude Code Accuracy — Best for: anyone who codes with Claude. A 65-line CLAUDE.md file built from Andrej Karpathy's three biggest complaints about AI coding agents. Drop it in your project folder and Claude reads it automatically. Setup is 30 seconds, accuracy jumps are real. Read the guide →
8. Turn Any YouTube Video Into Your Personal AI Tutor — Best for: anyone trying to learn something new. 5-minute workflow using NotebookLM + Gemini. Drop in any video or playlist and get back a custom interactive learning app that explains the content, quizzes you, and tells you which concepts to review. Active learning beats passive watching 7-to-1. Read the guide →
9. The Most Underrated AI Tool For Marketers — Best for: marketers, creator outreach, community work. Meta AI was trained on actual Instagram and Facebook content — not the open internet. That makes it dramatically better at finding niche creators, reading what's trending right now, and studying a creator's voice before you pitch them a partnership. Read the guide →
10. The Claude Sales Playbook From Anthropic Itself — Best for: sales people, account managers, anyone running a book of relationships. Three plays from Anthropic's own head of sales running a 4,000-account book. Daily call prep on a schedule, the Friday forecast on autopilot, and overnight account scoring across the entire book. With the paste-ready prompts for each. Read the guide →

How to actually use these
Don't try to read all 10 this week. Pick the two that map to a real problem you've been having and read those. Build the thing each one asks you to build. That single hour will move you further than 10 hours of passively watching AI content on YouTube.
What it is: a 25-chapter setup guide, one chapter per major job role — Account Executive, Marketing Manager, Founder, Designer, Therapist, Lawyer, Consultant, Realtor, and more. Inside each chapter you go through four phases: building your Claude HQ (the project + context files), creating your AI employee (skills + connectors + scheduled tasks), installing your power stack (research mode + extended thinking + Artifacts + browser agent), and stitching it all into a daily operating system.
Who it's for: people who don't just want to read about AI. They want Claude actually set up around the specific work they do every day. People who would rather spend one Saturday building the system than a year half-using AI in their job.
When to do it: after you've read at least 2–3 of the free guides above. The bootcamp assumes you already know what a connector and a skill are. The Terms Dictionary alone (#1) is enough prep.
What you walk away with: a fully working Claude setup for your specific job — context files, custom skills, real connectors hooked into your real tools, scheduled tasks running on autopilot, and a daily routine that uses all of it. Most people finish the whole thing in one Saturday. Lifetime access — you can come back and redo it as your job changes.
How to leverage it: block your calendar for one Saturday. Go through the chapter for your role. By Sunday night you have a working Claude system you can use Monday morning. Then once a month, spend 30 minutes adding one new skill or connector to your setup.
What it is: five complete AI agents I have running across my own businesses, packaged together. Not prompts — full agents with instructions, skills, and connector setups already wired up, ready to do specific jobs for you.
The 5 agents:
· Meta Media Buyer Agent — runs and optimizes your Meta ad campaigns. Reads performance data, makes spend recommendations, drafts new creative briefs. Best for: anyone running Meta ads. View the Meta agent →
· Google Media Buyer Agent — same playbook for Google Ads. Best for: anyone running Google ads. View the Google agent →
· Email Marketing Strategist Agent — runs your email program: campaign ideas, sequences, copy, A/B tests, send-time recommendations. Best for: ecom, SaaS, creators, anyone with an email list. View the Email agent →
· Creative Director Agent — turns rough briefs into full creative direction. Visual references, copy directions, layout recommendations. Best for: creators, brand owners, designers, marketing teams. View the Creative Director agent →
· Strategic Co-Founder Agent — the agent I built that knows my entire business context and helps me think through decisions like a thought partner. Best for: founders, anyone running their own business. View the Co-Founder agent →
Who they're for: people running a business (their own or someone else's) who want AI working on specific functions without setting each one up from scratch. People who'd rather buy the working setup than build their own.
When to install: any time. Most people get the most value AFTER they've done the Weekend Bootcamp — you already understand how Claude agents work, so you can customize each agent to your specific business in about 15 minutes per agent.
How to leverage it: install one agent at a time. Use it for two weeks, learn its limits, then install the next one. Trying to install all 5 in one day means none of them get properly tuned. The bundle is cheaper per agent than buying individually, but it doesn't mean you have to deploy them all in week one.
Your budget is $0 — read 3 of the free guides above this week. Pick ones that map to a real problem you've been having and actually build what each one asks you to build. The free library is genuinely enough to put you ahead of the majority of working professionals.
You have one Saturday and a small budget — do the Weekend Bootcamp. By Sunday night you'll have Claude set up around your actual job in a way that compounds for years.
You don't want to set anything up yourself — get the AI Agent Bundle. Five pre-built agents, install once, working immediately. Best for people running businesses where time is more scarce than money.
You want one-on-one help implementing AI in your specific business — I'm now taking on a limited number of consulting clients. Email me with your budget, scope, and a little about your business and we'll talk.
The mistake to avoid: trying to do all of this at the same time. Pick ONE entry point, work through it fully, then move on. Most of the people who feel "behind" on AI feel that way because they keep starting things they don't finish. Finish one. The next one becomes easier.
One DM, all of it
