Two e-commerce brands, this page, and a team of AI hires with $0 in salaries. This is who does what, what every tool on my org chart actually is, and how to start building your own team this week.
My org chart has three layers. At the top: me, making the calls. Directly under me: Claude as co-founder and chief of staff, the brain that connects everything. Under Claude: the specialists, each one a different tool with one clear job, exactly like real hires.
The infrastructure strip matters too: my custom agents are built in Claude Code, they live in OpenClaw (an open-source platform that keeps agents running and reachable), and they report to me through Telegram like coworkers sending updates. You don't need that layer on day one. You DO need the co-founder at the center.
The Rule That Makes This Work
One tool, one job. The failure mode is hiring one AI to do everything vaguely. Every member below has a single clear role, which is exactly why the team compounds instead of collapsing into chaos.
Co-Founder · Claude
The center of the org chart. Knows my goals, my businesses, my numbers, and my weaknesses. Runs my morning brief, filters every new idea against my priorities, logs decisions, and pushes back when my plan has a hole.

Where my custom agents get built, and the builder behind this entire website. Reads files, writes code, ships real things. The deep end, and the highest ceiling on the chart.
