The Flow I Use

The real flow, exactly as it runs. Scroll it sideways, or tap to open it full size.

1. The trigger

   Someone comments the keyword on a post or reel, or replies to a story. Both doors lead into the same flow, so you build it once.

2. A one minute wait

   The DM does not fire the same second they comment. It feels like a person got to it, not a robot watching the notification.

3. The first message

   Says why they are hearing from me, names exactly what they are about to get, and gives them one button to tap. One button, not three.

   Hello!! Shooting you this message because you commented on my post. Click below and I'll send you the guide.

4. The follow check

   A condition splits everyone here, and it is the piece most people leave out.

   Already followingSkipped completely. Never ask someone for something they have already done.
   Not followingAsks for the follow, with an "I just followed you" button. Then it checks again, and if it still has not registered, one friendly nudge before moving on.

5. The email check

   Another condition, same logic. This is where a follower turns into a contact you own.

   Email already knownStraight to the delivery. Do not make a repeat person type it again.
   Email unknownAsks for it, then waits. A separate branch catches anyone who goes quiet and offers once more.

6. The email lands in Klaviyo

   An action creates or updates that contact in a list automatically, so nothing gets stuck inside Instagram where I cannot reach it later.

7. The delivery

   A thirty second wait, then the resource with a button and an open door to reply. That last line is why my DMs are full of real conversations instead of dead ends.
