How I structured a 30-day challenge on Circle, what Circle AI actually builds for you, and the prompt that scaffolds the whole thing.
Circle has a 14-day free trial, no card required
A challenge is the fastest way I have found to turn an audience into a community, because it gives people a start date, a finish line and something to show at the end. Most creators are sitting on one they could run next month.
Pick one transformation
One that people already come to you about. If your DMs keep asking the same question, that question is the challenge. Write it as a sentence with two ends: from where they are on day 0, to what they can do on day 30. If you cannot name the day 30 outcome in one line, it is still too broad to sell.
Build an experience, not a course
Every day is one lesson plus one thing to build. Mine ran that way for all 30 days, and people came out with agents, businesses, jobs and automated pieces of their actual work. The build is what makes it stick, because a lesson someone watched is forgotten by Thursday and a thing they made is still on their screen.
Host it somewhere people can finish
Lessons, discussion, live calls, payments and the community all in one place. The moment somebody has to bounce between a course tool, a chat app and a checkout link, your completion rate drops. I run mine on Circle for that reason.
It is not a chatbot bolted onto the corner. You describe what you want in plain language and it builds the pieces, across about 50 skills. The ones that matter for a challenge:
| Skill | What It Does For A Challenge |
|---|---|
| Space Scaffolder | Builds your whole space structure, sets access groups and permissions, and generates branding and cover images |
| Course Builder | Builds a full curriculum from a single sentence, which is the 30 days of lessons in one pass |
| Monetization | Configures the paywall and payment settings, and creates coupons for a launch price |
| Gamification | Sets up points, badges and leaderboards so finishing gets rewarded |
| Workflows | Writes the behavior-triggered automations for welcome, inactivity nudges, milestones and completion |
| Post Creator | Drafts and publishes posts and email broadcasts in your voice |
| Daily Brief | A morning summary of what happened in the community and what to do about it |
| Analytics | Surfaces reports and growth guidance drawn from 20,000+ communities on the platform |
Circle AI runs on credits. Every plan includes 2,500 a month, and extra credits are $10 per 1,000, so the 1,200 above are a real head start rather than a trial gimmick.
Fill in the brackets and hand this to Circle AI. It scaffolds the spaces, writes the 30 days, sets the paywall, builds the automations, and drafts your first three lessons so you can hear the tone before it writes the rest.
How to use it. Two ways.

Run the first one small and at a real price. Twenty people who finish will tell you more about the offer than two hundred who signed up free and vanished by day 6.
