Start Using AI
to Post Better.

Digital burnout is hitting record levels. People are getting selective about what they watch. Most brands are using AI to flood feeds with slop. The brands winning the next 12 months are using AI to make their BEST content — not their most content.

The Data Just Dropped

If you run a brand and you’re posting more content than ever but somehow getting less reach, this is exactly why. Two studies published in the last few months tell the whole story.

1 in 5
UK adults deleted a social media app in the past 12 months. 1 in 3 among Gen Z. (Deloitte Digital Consumer Trends 2025, n=4,150)
62%
of US adults say they experience digital burnout occasionally or regularly. (Shift Technologies, 2026 State of Browsing Report)

People didn’t stop watching content. They got selective. They’ll watch your brand’s organic content, and they’ll engage with your paid ads — if you earn the watch.

The Problem AI Slop Is Killing Brands

Meanwhile, every brand is using AI to pump out 10x more content than ever. And most of it is trash. Generic captions written by ChatGPT in 30 seconds. AI-generated thumbnails that all look the same. Identical hooks pulled from the same Reddit-trained answer.

The brands flooding the feed with that stuff are not going to survive the next 12 months. The audience is too tired, too selective, and too good at sniffing out AI slop. The cost of low-quality content has never been higher because the supply has never been bigger.

The Awkward Truth

Sitting out isn’t an option either. The algorithms still reward volume. You can’t post 2 things a month and expect distribution. So the play isn’t “post less” — the play is “use AI to push the QUALITY of what you post up, while keeping the volume high enough to feed the algorithm.” That’s the unlock.

The Play 5 AI Plays For Making Your Content Better, Not Just More

These are the 5 ways I’m using AI in my own content workflow right now. None of them produce volume on their own — they make the volume I’m already producing significantly better.

01

Use AI to find the angle, not write the post

Instead of asking AI to write a caption, ask it to give you 10 distinct angles on a topic. Pick the best one yourself. Then YOU write the caption from your voice. AI’s job is angle generation, not voice generation. You’ll see immediate quality improvement because the angles get harder/sharper but the writing stays human.

02

Mine your customers’ actual language

Pull your reviews, support tickets, comments, and DM screenshots. Feed them to Claude. Ask: “What 5 phrases come up over and over? What complaints? What praise?” Now you have the actual words your audience uses. Use those words in your hooks. Customer-voice content destroys generic-voice content.

03

Pre-mortem every post before you ship

Before posting, paste your draft into Claude and ask: “What are the 3 most likely reasons this underperforms? Be ruthless.” You’ll catch weak hooks, vague openings, missing CTAs, and unclear payoffs. Takes 90 seconds. Saves you from posts that flop.

04

Reverse-engineer your own winners

Take your last 10 best-performing posts. Feed them to Claude. Ask: “What pattern do these share? Hook structure? Opening verb? Topic category? Length?” Now you have your personal viral DNA. Use it to template the next 10.

05

Audit competitor content for what you’re missing

Scrape (via Apify or similar) the top-performing posts from the 5 competitors closest to your space. Feed them to Claude. Ask: “What topics are they covering that I’m not? What angles are they winning with?” You’ll find your content gaps in 10 minutes.

The Operating Principle

Use AI for the thinking, not the typing. Angle generation, customer voice mining, pre-mortems, pattern recognition, competitive gaps — that’s where AI is genuinely 10x. The actual writing? Still you. That’s the line between brands that survive the AI-slop era and brands that get swept under by it.

The Real Win

The brands winning the next 12 months are going to post the same volume as everyone else — but every individual post will be sharper. The AI work happens upstream of the writing, not in the writing itself. Make that one shift in how you use AI and your numbers move within a month.
